New orders go into production as soon as your payment is processed, and you will receive your items within 7 to 10 business days for most U.S. destinations.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us at contact@inspirology.com within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, so we can offer a solution. However, because our items are produced on demand, we cannot accept returns under other circumstances. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and a picture of the item.
